In case of candidates belonging to Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Sikkim, Ladakh Sub Division of Jammu and Kashmir state, Lahaul & Spiti District of Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Island & Lakshadweep shall be 28 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
However the crucial date for determining the age limit for all shall be the closing date for receipt of application i.e. 21st day from publication.

2.Capable of passing Written exam as it involves induction to Group ‘C’ post.
3.Should be sturdy and be able to carry loads. (Ammunition boxes filled/unfilled. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable).
Physical Endurance Test : 1) 1.5 Km run in 6 Mins. 2) Carrying a weight 50 Kg to a distance of 200 Mtrs in100 Sec.

Matriculation or equivalent pass,
Physical Standards : height - 165cms (For ST concession of 2.5cms hieght), chest - normal 81.5cms after expansion 85sms, weight (min.) - 50kgs, Endurance test.
Physical Endurance Test : 1) Carrying a man (Fireman lift of 63.5 Kgs to a distance of 183 meters within 96 seconds. 2) Clearing 2.7 meters wide ditch landing on both feet (long jump), 3) Climbing 3 meters vertical rope using hands and feet. 4) Run 1.6 Km in 6 Mins.
